When It Gets Cold Out, My Weather Station Stops Communicating
- Make sure you are using the prescribed Energizer Ultimate batteries. They have a wide temperature range of -40 degF to 140 degF. Replace the batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Do not use alkaline batteries in cold climates.
- The sensor array may be having an issue. We a one year warranty. To replace under warranty, please visit: www.AmbientWeather.com/rma.html
