If the sensor array is no longer communicating with the console:

1. Replace the batteries in the thermo-hygrometer sensor. We recommend Energizer Lithium Ultimate:

   Why Are Lithium Ultimate Batteries Recommended And Not Alkaline Or Rechargeable Batteries?

2. The sensor array should be flashing about once per minute.  If the sensor is not flashing, the sensor is no longer working.
3.  If the sensor is flashing, power down and up the console with the remote sensor about 10 feet away. DO NOT TOUCH ANY BUTTONS. The search icon should be displayed on the console.
4. If the problem persists, the sensor is no longer working. Unfortunately, this model has been discontinued.
