1. In order to upload data, you need credentials from CWOP. Visit:
   http://www.findu.com/citizenweather/cw_form.html and fill out the form.
2. Check your email for your CWOP ID.
3. You will soon be reporting to CWOP at the following URL: http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/wx.cgi?call=YOUR_CWOP_ID
