Why will my Leaf Wetness sensor not connect to my console?

Whether the leaf wetness sensor will connect to your indoor console out of the box can depend upon the age of your console.
To determine this, we will first need to access the about screen.

To access this,

tap the Settings button four times to get to the Factory page.

Select up to highlight About Display, and select plus .

Please update your firmware using this file:

To update our firmware, follow the steps below.

Note: File may download as another file name, rename to Factory.bin.

Copy the Factory.bin to your Micro-SD Card (the SD card must be empty and format FAT32).
Example of how it should appear after the file is copied.

Power down your display console by removing AC power.
Insert the SD Card into the display console.
Power up the display console.
The console will verify the firmware was updated.
Power down the console after complete. Remove the SD Card when the console is powered down.
