I Tried To Add My MAC Address And Received The Error That The MAC Is Already In Our System (Duplicate Account). Told To Contact Us.

If you received the error that the MAC is already in our system, you likely already created an account and already connected your device to the account.

  1. All you need to do is login to your existing account. You do not need to add your device a second time.
  2. It is possible you created two email accounts on AmbientWeather.net.  If you have more than one email address, log out of AmbientWeather.net and login again with the email address you registered at AmbientWeather.net.
