The WH31PF is a waterproof and wireless sensor that floats on the surface of the water. This sensor can tell you the temperature of your pool, pond, and other water-based applications. This sensor also communicates with many ambient weather stations including the WS-1550-IP, WS-2000, WS-2902B, WS-2902C, WS-3000, and WS-5000. When connected to one of the weather stations listed above, the WH31PF data can be monitored on the Ambient Weather Network. The benefits of having a sealed pool sensor include the following: no maintenance, no condensation build up in the housing, no corrosion or leaking from high humidity levels, and batteries are included. The battery is sealed in the unit giving the sensor a 2-3 year life. 

Ambient Weather WH31P Waterproof Probe Temperature Sensor  

The WH31P is a great tool to measure the temperature of any wet medium. This remote sensor can respond quickly to temperature changes due to the 10 ft waterproof probe that is included in the sensor. This sensor must be connected to one of our compatible weather stations: WS-2000, WS-1550-IP, WS-2000, WS-2902B, WS-2902C, WS-3000, WS-5000, and ObserverIP Series Weather Station. This allows you to manage your data on your personal weather dashboard on the Ambient Weather Network. The WH31P can be used both indoors and outdoors. However, if used outdoors it must be protected with a WH31SRS Solar Radiation Shield. Although this sensor is weatherproof, it is best if mounted in a well-protected area. One of the benefits of the WH31P sensor is you can use it in a variety of places. It can be used in pools, spas, hot tubs, fish tanks, gardens, houseplants, ponds, lakes, and many more areas.

The WH31L lightning detector is an add-on sensor that connects to either the Ambient Weather WS-2000 or WS-5000 weather station. This sensor has the ability to detect lightning strikes up to 25 miles away and transmit information every 79 seconds to the display console and our cloud service, the Ambient Weather Network. The Ambient Weather Network is our free platform where users can manage all their sensor data as well as view the radar to track storms.  The WH31L lightning detector operates by detecting the electromagnetic pulse (EMP). By measuring the strength of the EMP the device can estimate the distance from the detected strike.

Ambient Weather WH31SM Soil Moisture Sensor  

The Ambient Weather WH31SM Soil Moisture Sensor measures the moisture levels in your soil. Water is a crucial part of plant health and too much or too little water can stunt plant growth. The WH31SM provides crucial information for the water schedules of plants or home irrigation systems.  
There are many different options when it comes to adding soil moisture sensors across your garden. You can add up to 8 soil moisture sensors to your compatible station to get an overview of the moisture content in your soil. The WH31SM transmits the moisture content data once per 72 seconds to the display console and your personal weather dashboard on the Ambient Weather Network. The Soil Moisture Sensor must be purchased with either the Ambient Weather WS-2000 or WS-5000 Weather Station.

Ambient Weather AQIN Wireless Indoor Air Quality Sensor  

This sensor can be positioned anywhere in and around your home in a well ventilated, non-moisture condensing area to monitor PM2.5, PM10, and CO2 concentration levels. The AQIN is not a standalone sensor and is compatible with WS-2000 AND WS-5000 Weather Stations.  Monitor your air quality levels on the Ambient Weather Network and create alerts if certain levels rise in your home.  

Ambient Weather WH31E Wireless Temperature and Humidity Sensor  

Humidity and temperature are vital parts of the weather forecast. The Ambient Weather WH31E Temperature and Humidity Sensor can help you monitor humidity levels of your environment. The WH31E also monitors temperature alongside humidity in up to 8 remote locations using channel dip switches. Place the sensor in an area of concern and view your measurements in real time on the LCD display. The WH31E sensor can be used as a standalone, but it is not recommended as you will lose the capability to monitor conditions and receive alerts remotely.
