Frequently Asked Questions

If the outdoor light is blinking on the OUTDOOR LED on the IP Module, it means one of the two sensors is not reporting in.

If both sensors are reporting, the light is ON.

If both sensors are not reporting in, the light is OFF.

If one of the two sensors are not reporting, the light blinks.

To determine which sensor is having an issue, go the Live Data Panel:
